René Heijkoop was born in Amsterdam and grew up in Brussels and Madrid. He is multilingual (Spanish, Dutch, French and English). Spanish and Dutch are both his mother tongues. He currently lives in Amsterdam where he went to the School of Translation and Interpretation. He specialized in legal translations. He is a member of the Netherlands Society of Interpreters and Translators (NGTV) and the Dutch Association of Court Interpreters and Legal Translators (SIGV). 

Casilda Fernández was born in Madrid and speaks Spanish, Dutch and English. She currently lives in Spain where she graduated in Spanish law at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) in 1984. Until 1998, she taught Spanish language and culture at the Instituto Español in Amsterdam. Professional translator since 1994, she works for several Dutch translations agencies as well as growing number of clients in Spain.
